INTERPRETATION
Here is where we get into trouble.
What I mean by trouble is, the trouble with generic interpretaton is that it
has no respect for the individuals psyche. For instance, most people will tell
you that if you dream about snakes, it can be interpreted that you have an enemy
who is out to get you. It's an unfair interpretation based on the fact that some
people happen to LIKE snakes, and DON'T see them as negative entities. Therefor,
in the case of a person who likes snakes, dreaming about them can have any number
of meanings. Granted, people from all walks of life can and do have dreams that
are similar in nature, such as losing teeth, falling, flying...these may have some
sort of symbolic universal meaning, but for the most part, dreams are characterized
by the personality of an individual and thereby should be interpreted on an individual
basis...in MY opinion.
